About Little Sesame
Little Sesame is a hummus brand out of Washington, D.C., started in 2016 by chefs Nick Wiseman and Ronen Tenne in a 500 square foot pop-up. The two met cooking on the fine dining circuit in New York, and they still run a flagship restaurant in the city that doubles as their test kitchen. Every batch is freshly spun in small runs at their own facility just outside D.C. rather than at an outside co-packer.
The online shop sells the full lineup of tubs: Smooth Classic, Caramelized Onion, Preserved Lemon, Golden Garlic, Herby Jalapeno, a habanero version made with Yellowbird, and a Smooth Classic blended with avocado oil. Alongside them sit Protein Hummus, Kids Hummus, single serve Hummus Snackers, a 16 ounce Smooth Classic tub, tahini sauce, chili crisp and a five pack of pita. Build Your Own and the Snack, Family and Favorites bundles let you mix flavors instead of committing to one.
This is fresh refrigerated food, not a shelf stable pantry item: the chickpeas are organic and regeneratively grown in Montana, fresh lemon juice is the only preservative, and the tubs are pasteurized with high pressure instead of heat. An unopened container keeps about ninety days in the fridge and roughly a week once you open it. Delivery covers the continental United States, and this page gathers the current Little Sesame promo codes and deals in one place, along with the shipping, returns and support details to check before you order.
How to Use a Little Sesame Promo Code
Applying a Little Sesame promo code only takes a minute at checkout:
- Pick a deal on this page, then head to eatlittlesesame.com and add your tubs or a bundle to the cart.
- Open your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Paste the code into the discount box and apply it.
- Check that the total updated before you pay.
For offers marked 'Get Deal', no code is needed: the discount applies automatically through the link.
Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Some offers are deals, not codes: 'Get Deal' offers apply automatically through the link, so there is nothing to paste.
- Check the exclusions: gift cards and already-discounted bundles are often left out.
- Mind the minimum: some offers only kick in above a certain cart value.
- One code per order: the checkout accepts a single discount at a time.
- Copy the code cleanly, without extra spaces before or after it.
If a code still will not apply, it has probably expired. The offers on this page are rechecked regularly, so grab a fresh one here.
Little Sesame Savings Hacks
- Orders over $60 ship free within the continental United States, so one bigger box beats two small ones once you factor the shipping in.
- Build Your Own lets you mix and match flavors in a single bundle, which is the cheapest way to try Preserved Lemon or Golden Garlic without buying a full box of each.
- The five pack of pita keeps up to a year in the freezer, so it is an easy add-on when you need a little more in the cart to reach the free shipping line.
- The newsletter comes with a welcome discount and first look at seasonal bundles and limited edition flavors, and the store locator on the site shows which nearby shops stock the tubs if you would rather skip delivery entirely.
