About Cherrypick
Cherrypick is a cross border shopping service that lets people in the United States and Canada order from real stores in India. The company is upfront that it is a software platform rather than a retailer: it owns no inventory, no warehouse and no trucks. When an order comes in, its shoppers in the city visit the partner stores, hand pick the items, pack them and hand the box to DHL Express or FedEx, which usually gets it to your door in three to five business days. Hyderabad is the live city today, with Bangalore, Mumbai and Chennai listed as coming soon.
The partner list runs past thirty names and covers most of what people miss from home. Sweets and snacks come from Almond House, G Pulla Reddy, Dadu's, Karachi Bakery, Pista House, Olive Mithai and Labonel Fine Baking; groceries, pickles and spices from Vellanki Foods, D-Mart and 24 Mantra Organic; sarees and ethnic wear from Kalamandir, Prashanti Sarees, Suta and W for Woman; jewelry from Kushals; sneakers from Neeman's; and pressure cookers and kitchen gear from Prestige. Cross carting lets you fill a single checkout from several of those stores at once for a small fee instead of placing a separate order with each one.
What you pay breaks into three parts: the price of the items, a shipping fee the platform works out from your cart weight and delivery zip code, and a service fee that covers the shopping and packing. Import duties and taxes sit outside that total, billed to you by the courier before delivery, so they are worth budgeting for. With that in mind, this page gathers the current Cherrypick promo codes and deals in one place, along with the shipping, returns and support details to check before you order.
How to Use a Cherrypick Promo Code
Applying a Cherrypick promo code only takes a minute at checkout:
- Pick a deal on this page, then head to cherrypick.city, choose your city and add items from the stores you want.
- Open your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Paste the code into the discount box and apply it.
- Check that the total updated, including the shipping and service fees, before you pay.
For offers marked 'Get Deal', no code is needed: the discount applies automatically through the link.
Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Some offers are deals, not codes: 'Get Deal' offers apply automatically through the link, so there is nothing to paste.
- Check the exclusions: first order offers and store specific promotions do not stack with everything in the cart.
- Mind the minimum: some offers only kick in above a certain cart value.
- One code per order: the checkout accepts a single discount at a time.
- Copy the code cleanly, without extra spaces before or after it.
If a code still will not apply, it has probably expired. The offers on this page are rechecked regularly, so grab a fresh one here.
Cherrypick Savings Hacks
- Use cross carting: one checkout that pulls from several partner stores costs a small extra fee, which still beats paying to ship a separate box from each store.
- Watch the weight. The shipping fee is calculated from cart weight and delivery zip code, so one well planned order usually ships cheaper than three small ones spread across a month.
- Budget for duties. Import duties and taxes are billed by the courier before delivery and are not part of the checkout total, so factor them in when you compare Cherrypick against a local Indian grocery.
- Sign up for the newsletter to hear when new stores and cities go live, and check this page before you check out, since the codes here are rechecked regularly.
Cherrypick Shipping Policy
Cherrypick ships from partner stores in India to addresses in the United States and Canada with DHL Express and FedEx, usually within three to five business days. The shipping fee is calculated from cart weight and delivery zip code and is shown with the service fee at checkout. Import duties and taxes are billed separately by the courier and are the responsibility of the customer.

Cherrypick Returns & Refund Policy
Quick overview: All sales are final. Cherrypick does not cancel or refund orders as a matter of course, and any refund is at its own discretion.
- Refunds and store credit are considered only when an item arrives damaged, spoiled or expired, and the problem must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Orders can only be cancelled before a shopper starts working on them, and a cancellation fee of $10 or 4.5% of the order value, whichever is greater, applies.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and can take up to 15 business days. If a delivery runs more than seven business days past the planned date, Cherrypick offers a refund or store credit.
