About Charles Chocolates

Charles Chocolates is a San Francisco chocolatier founded by Chuck Siegel, who has been part of the city's chocolate scene since 1987. The company treats chocolate as fresh food: pieces are made by hand with all-natural ingredients such as fine cream and butter, fresh herbs, fruits and nuts, without preservatives or artificial flavors. Its awards include a Good Food Award, Sunset Magazine's "Best of the West" and Best Chocolatier in the Bay Area from San Francisco Magazine.

The shop sells Signature Handcrafted Chocolate Collections from 4 to 24 pieces, chocolate bars such as the Ruby Garnet, Nostalgia, S'mores and Praline Crunch collections, Dubai Done Better pistachio bars, chocolate covered lemon and orange peels, chocolate covered nuts, pavés, edible chocolate boxes, gift boxes and gift towers. Seasonal lines include filled chocolate skulls for Halloween, and there is a Charles Chocolates and John Kelly combo plus gift cards.

Chocolate is sensitive to heat, so plan your shipping speed and delivery day before you order. To make that easier, this page gathers the current Charles Chocolates promo codes and deals in one place, along with the shipping, returns and support details to check before you order.

Promo Code Not Working? Try This

  • Some offers, such as bundle prices, subscription savings and the free bar for new email members, apply automatically, so no code is needed.
  • Check the exclusions, since gift towers, subscriptions and gift cards may be left out of a code.
  • Confirm you have met any minimum order value the code requires.
  • Most codes are limited to one per order, so only a single code can be active at checkout.
  • Copy the code cleanly without extra spaces, and enter it exactly as shown.

If a code still fails, it has most likely expired. Come back to this page for the current Charles Chocolates codes.

Charles Chocolates Savings Hacks

  • Join the Charles Chocolates email list to get a free chocolate bar with a qualifying first purchase.
  • Use Subscribe & Save on Classic Collection deliveries if you send or enjoy chocolates regularly.
  • Choose larger boxes such as the 36-piece pavés box, which cost less per piece than the small box, and look at bundles like the Starter Pack and bar collections.
  • Pick expedited shipping in warm weather, since chocolate that melts under standard shipping to a warm area is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
